Health, Safety, Environment & Quality Policies

Quality Objectives

  • Comply with the loading and delivery schedules at the established times and places.
  • Deliver the full cargo according to the delivery plan.
  • Maintain an average of labor and environmental incidents 10% below the previous year.
  • Carry out ship-to-ship delivery maneuvers with “0” labor and environmental incidents.
  • Increase a minimum of 10% of professional training of the personnel that works in the company with respect to the previous year.
  • Reduce by 10% deficiencies in fleet inspections with respect to previous inspections.
  • Keep the fleet operational for at least 90% of the year.

Environmental Protection Policy

The Company acknowledges the risks that exist to the surrounding environment. The company has prepared extensive instructions in compliance with both national and international requirements, as well as with standards established by the Classification Society and required by charterers, to minimize this latent risk.

These instructions, which refer to various anti-pollution measures and training manuals, were created in order to contribute to:

  • The prevention of pollution and other damage to the environment, in particular, the marine environment
  • Cleaning of the marine environment
  • The identification of contamination risks.
  • The maintenance of environmental safety standards on board.
  • Preparedness for emergency situations related to pollution.
  • Build a reputation as an eco-friendly company.
  • Regular inspections of equipment and reviews of procedures to ensure compliance with up-to-date safety management.
  • Good cooperation with maritime authorities.
